Q: Are your candles made from Soy Wax?

A: Our candles are made from a range of wax blends depending on the scent. As a baseline, 30% soy wax is used in every candle. Rapseed and/or mineral waxes are blended alongside soy to create Simpl Candles currently. After extensive testing, this ensures best performance for scent and burn time.

Q: Are your scents really 100% natural?

A: Yes, we pride ourselves on only using natural, essential oil fragrances. Some people react poorly to fragrance oils (headaches, throat irritation) but have no problems with essential oils, free from harmful fragrance chemicals.

Q: How long do your candles burn for?

A: A minimum of 35 hours. You may find your candle reaches 40 hours if the wick has been trimmed correctly before each burn, and the candle has burned for an optimal 4 hours at a time.

Q: Is your packaging sustainable?

A: Yes, we use 100% recycled material to pack your order - including the recycled box and shred. The shipping packaging can of course be recycled again. We are also proud to say the candle tin itself is reusable, making it an awesome stash tin for mints, gums, makeup - anything you'd like!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, Simpl Candle only ships within the UK.
